Baystream was founded in 2011 as a management consulting firm specializing in process improvement. Building on early successes, we recognized a growing demand among our clients for customized software solutions. This insight led to a strategic merger with a local IT group, expanding our capabilities to include software development, IT security, Lean Six Sigma practices, and business process optimization.

In 2014, we became M-Files Partners, incorporating high-quality Document Management solutions into our offerings. This partnership remains a cornerstone of our operations, with M-Files playing a key role in many systems we deliver. From the outset, we prioritized cloud technologies, establishing a Managed Services Provider (MSP) practice that offered both multi-tenant and dedicated network options.

As cloud adoption surged and cybersecurity emerged as a top priority, we invested heavily in developing secure solutions tailored to the complex IT ecosystems of modern businesses. Our software is designed to generate SIEM-compliant logs, ensuring seamless integration with advanced security infrastructures. By 2020, our commitment to IT security had grown significantly, leading to the establishment of Fileglobal Corporation, a standalone entity focused on advancing security technologies for Baystream and the broader market.

In the same year, we embarked on an ambitious journey to develop a unified platform that integrates ERP, Content Management, and Cybersecurity. This vision came to fruition with the release of FlexFile in Q4 2024. Rather than starting from scratch, we leveraged our trusted partnerships with M-Files and Odoo, along with our extensive expertise in IT security and file management. The result is a scalable, cohesive platform built on proven technologies, enriched by our proprietary innovations.

FlexFile delivers a unified framework that ensures robust security, centralized platform management, and scalability. It seamlessly integrates with core systems such as M-Files, Odoo, and leading security platforms like Wazuh and NinjaOne. Designed with compliance in mind, FlexFile helps businesses meet stringent requirements, including ISO 27001 standards, while delivering an efficient and seamless user experience.
